JAMMU, Dec 15: Senior NCP leader R S Billowaria, general secretary and spokesman , NCP candidate Jammu West constituency intensified his campaigning in Jammu West Assembly constituency, today.
While addressing various meetings in the areas like Karan Nagar, Ward No 8, Amphalla, Old Rehari, Sarwal, Ustad Mohalla and New Plots, R S Billowaria condemned the successive State Governments and those who had been representing this constituency and held them responsible for neglecting Jammu province as a whole and Jammu City of Temples in particular.
Billowaria said the people of Jammu West areas have complained that Congress, BJP, all the coalition Governments, their Chief Ministers and Ministers were fully responsible for neglecting Jammu city in all the fields to develop Jammu as a model city because of its historical importance.
Other who accompanied R S Billowaria included R C Bali, Tariq Nar, Shanti Prakash Shan, Ashok Singh , Nitin and many others.
