JAMMU, Mar 30: Additional Deputy Commissioner Jammu Kalyan Singh Parihar convened a meeting of officers and reviewed the arrangements regarding celebration of Navratra Festival and Ram Navami commencing from March 31.
Threadbare discussions were held on vital issues for the successful conduct of Navratra Festival and Ram Navami. Issues like cleanliness of areas in and around the temples, supply of water, supply of un-interrupted electricity, medical arrangements, security arrangements, traffic arrangements, barricading, decoration of temples besides various other issues were also discussed.
ADC enjoined upon the functionaries to work with dedication and commitment for the successful conduct of Navratra Festival. He also stressed for ensuring liaison between various departments.
