Natrang organises acting training programme

Jammu,  July 12: Bollywood actor and the topper of Film and Television Institute of India, Sunil Palwal is going to conduct an exclusive acting training programme in Natrang.
This was disclosed here today by Natrang Director Balwant Thakur in a press briefing held at Natrang Studio Theatre, Jammu. Giving details of the programme, Balwant Thakur said that with the growing demand of television, theatre and film industry, there is a dearth of trained actors in Jammu and to fill that gap, Natrang is going to provide a life-time opportunity to young aspirants to know and have the elementary aspects of the art of acting. Jammu has lot of talent but the same is required to be honed,  polished, prepared and explored through such kind of training initiatives.
The trainer of the workshop, Sunil Palwal-a brilliant actor trained professionally from Film and Television Institute of India, where he topped the country has been trained under many ultimate names of the art of acting like Naseeruddin Shah, Tom Alter and Benjmin Gilani. His recent Bollywood release ‘Chehra’ in which he played a lead role won the critical acclaim for his acting versatility.
On the occasion, Balwant Thakur advised the young aspirants of acting to immediately contact Natrang and get themselves registered for the training programme. The selection need not to have prior experience in acting but the candidates having aptitude, commitment and thrust for learning will be given preference.
