POONCH, Dec 25: In connection with Prakash Utsav of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, an impressive Nagar Kirtan was taken out by Sikh Sangat in Poonch town, here today.
A large number of people participated in the Nagar Kirtan, which took off from Gurudwara Singh Sabha and passed through main bazaar, Chowk Bazar, Darooni Bazar, Nakhawale Chowk and Parade Bazar before culminating at the starting point.
Police and Civil administration had made elaborate arrangements for the Nagar Kirtan, which was organized under the banner of District Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee, Poonch.
President of Gurudwara Singh Sabha Committee, S Narender Singh led the Nagar Kirtan, in which a large of people, including women and children participated.
