SAMBA, Feb 10: Mystery shrouds death of a youth who was found hanging at his residence in Sinki Chapri. tehsil and district Samba today.
He has been identified as Raj Kumar , 36, son of Nanak Chand of Sinki Chapri. The Samba police has registered a case in this regard under relevant sections of the law and started investigation.
