Mussa to be new chairman of Prohit Sabha Martand

JAMMU, June 3: A meeting of Working Committee members of the Prohit Sabha Martand (PSM) Shri Martand Tirath Trust was held here today under the chairmanship of A K Sidha its president in which many burning issues pertaining to holy shrine of Martand were discussed.
As per a release, the meeting declared Autar Krishan Mussa for the post of chairman of the Saba. His name was proposed by Rom Ji Bawnoo and it was seconded by Tej Krishen Tickoo. Later addressed the meeting Mr Mussa assured the gathering that he will leave no stone unturned for the development of the shrine.
Salegram Bawnoo general secretary of the Sabha also spoke on the occasion. Later various committees were formed by the Trust for the arrangements of one month long Malmas / Banmas festival at Martan which is scheduled to be held from June 17 to July 17. During this festival time Hindu devotees from all corners of globe visit the holy shrine to take a dip in the holy springs there. The Trust has made all arrangements for boarding, lodging and free langer of pilgrims.
