Mughal road closed for hours

POONCH, Sept 10: Mughal road remained closed for vehicular movement for hours due to landslide at Poshana area of Surankote in Poonch.
Official sources said that, a single major landslide hits Mughal road near Poshana Police Post early in the morning, blocked road on three locations after which vehicular movement was halted for hours.
Incharge Police Post Naresh Kumar said that, few vehicles were stranded near Roshana while all other vehicles were stopped at Behramgala Police Post for smooth movement of traffic after clearance of debris.
XEN Mughal road Shoket Ali said that, men and machinary were put on work to clear the debris soon after message of landslide was received.
“Road was cleared for vehicular movement after about five hours”, he added.
