JAMMU, Aug 8: Expressing serious concern over the spurt in militants’ attacks in parts of Jammu region, National Democratic Party has alleged that Mufti Mohd Sayeed regime is proving dangerous for the State as well as for the country.
In an emergency meeting of the NDP held here today under the chairmanship of Ravi Bakshi, the executive committee members expressed their serious concern over the increasing incidents of terrorist attacks in this part of the State. They said militancy had almost been eliminated in the region but after taking over as CM by Mufti Sayeed, the militant activities have been increased. The incidents of raising ISIS and Pakistani flags in Kashmir has become order of the day. The morale of the militants have gone high after the coming of Mufti regime.
They pointed out that on the day one of his taking over, the new Chief Minister had indicated his soft concern for the terrorists expressing gratitude for allowing to hold peaceful elections in J&K. The militants number has increased manifold and people have started realizing the coming of old days of terrorism. They warned the Modi Govt to understand the designs of PDP and act as the situation demands, otherwise, it would be too, late to control the situation in J&K.
Prominent among others present in the meeting include S C Sharma, Rajesh Gupta (adv), Vijay Anand, Ravinder Singh, Adv Sanjay Kakkar and Raj Kumar.
