JAMMU, Aug 8: Lambasting the Congress, National Conference (NC) and National Panthers Party (NPP) of spreading canards and misleading the people of the Jammu region on the establishment of separate AIIMS for the region even after the Union Government has issued orders for identification of land in this regard, BJP State president and MP Jugal Kishore Sharma today said that these parties are in deep frustration and they are hell bent to launch misinformation campaign against the coalition in general and BJP in particular.
Talking to reporters here, today along with the BJP general secretary Manish Sharma and State spokesperson of the Party, Balbir Ram Rattan, Jugal Kishore however said that these parties have totally failed in their designs.
“The NC, Congress and Panthers are still making efforts to provoke the people through misinformation campaign on the issue of AIIMS” he said, adding “the same is clear from daily activities of these parties, which have no other business but to accuse the BJP just for the simple reason that the Party is in power in the State and at the Centre”.
“Their frustration is evident as these parties are out of power”, he said adding “they can’t digest this very fact and hence they want to create problems for the coalition by making false propaganda”.
“Instead of painting BJP as anti-Jammu, they must come forward and explain to the people that what these parties have done during the last over 60 years for Jammu and why they compromised on the interests of Jammu for their personal gains”, Jugal asked?
He said that the official communication from the Union Health Ministry regarding identification of separate land in Kashmir as well as in Jammu has already convinced the people of Jammu and the AIIMS Coordination Committee that the issue is settled but NC, Congress, Panthers are still making fruitless attempts to keep the issue burning by spreading canards against the BJP. He appealed the people not to get misled by these parties and have faith in BJP, its Central leadership and the Union Health Ministry. He also appealed these parties to utilize their energies and time on raising the real issues confronting the people of Jammu rather than wasting time on non issues.
Commenting on the incidents of ceasefire violation, Jugal said that Pakistan is doing this all in desperation as BJP-led Government at the Centre, which has the absolute majority has resolved to frustrate its designs.
