MSJK protests against hike in petrol, diesel prices

JAMMU, May 25: Mission Statehood Jammu Kashmir (MSJK) activists here today staged a protest demonstration against the hike in petrol, diesel and LPG prices.
The protest was led by MSJK president, Sunil Dimple who claimed that every day there is an increase in the prices of petrol and diesel and in just ten days the price of petrol and diesel has been hiked by Rs. 8.
“Hike in the prices petrol and diesel will increase travelling and transport charges which will further increase the prices of the essential commodities,” he maintained adding that all the MPs and MLAs should leave all escorts and cars at State Motor Garages and should travel on bikes.
The MSJK leader urged the Central Government to roll back the LPG, petrol and diesel prices.
Vipan, Dev Raj, Kala Kumar, Ram Kumar, Vicky, Jetinder Gupta, H.R Gupta, Karan Pradhan, Sanjeev Kumar, Nitin Saini and many others were also present in the protest.
