SUNDERBANI, June 10: A Scorpio vehicle moving on Jammu-Rajouri highway caught fire in Kalidhar area this evening.
A police spokesman said that a Scorpio vehicle was on its way to Jammu from Rajouri. As it passing through Kalidhar area on the highway , it suddenly caught fire at around 6 pm. The driver in panic stopped the vehicle and jumped away from the vehicle. Another occupant also left the vehicle and ran away. Entire vehicle was totally burnt within minutes. Many vehicles stopped at some distance and the movement of vehicles remained disrupted for about 30 minutes. Police party from Chowki Chora reached the pot. Later, movement of vehicles was restored on highway.
