JAMMU, Aug 19: Following the Cabinet nod, General Administration Department has issued order for promotion of Mohammad Latief Bhat, Selection Grade Private Secretaries as Senior Private Secretary.
He has been promoted in the pay band of Rs 15,600-39,100 with grade pay of Rs 6600 with immediate effect.
