JAMMU, July 16: Mohalla Welfare Committee, Suraksha Vihar Phase II, Paloura Top Jammu in a meeting here today constituted a body with B L Abrol as its president.
H P Bhagat was appointed as general secretary of the Committee, S N Manhas as cashier and L N Bhat as vice president.
