JAMMU, Oct 26: To develop the cluster village of Gole Gujral under ITAP Rural Urban Mission scheme for its modernization a Gram Sabha was organized at Gole Gujral today which was presided by former Minister and MLA Marh Ch. Sukhnandan Kumar.
The meeting among others was attended DC Jammu, Simrandeep Singh, ADC Jammu, Executive engineers of PHE, R&B, PDD, BDO Marh, District Social Welfare Officer and BMO Marh in which the salient features of the project were discussed in detail and the views of the prominent people were sought on its implementation.
The MLA said that the DPRs of Rs 100 crore project have been framed and the construction will be taken up in hand soon. Four villages including Gole Gujral, Gulame-Chak, Tumal Jatta and Hazuri Bagh will be brought under the scheme for development, said Ch Sukhnandan.
The MLA discussed the details of the project with local inhabitants of the area. He congratulated the people for brining Gole Gujral under the scheme.
DC Jammu sought the cooperation of the all departments with Executive Agency for total implementation of the scheme.
