JAMMU, Oct 26: Baghwati Handoo, wife of veteran National Conference (NC) leader and former Law and Parlia-mentary Affairs Minister, P L Handoo breathed her last today after a prolonged illness.
She was 84 and she is survived by two sons and three daughters. Her cremation will take place at Bantalab Cremation Ground at 11-30 am and the funeral procession will start from her JDA Housing Colony Residence at Roop Nagar Sector 1.
Various social and political leaders including the leaders of various KP organizations have expressed their profound grief and shock over the demise of Mrs Handoo.
