MLA inaugurates school building

RAMBAN, Sept 20: Member Legislative Assembly, Neelam Kumar Langeh, today inaugurated newly constructed building of Upper Primary School (UPS) Failti Maitra Ramban.
The school building with three classrooms including toilets and kitchen shed has been completed with an expenditure of Rs.18.79 lakh under SSA.
The MLA also sanctioned Rs.15 lakh for construction of community hall at Failti and installation of a 63 KVA transformer besides announcing Rs. 3 lakh and Rs. 2 lakh for construction of Shelter Sheds at Failti and Gaghwal village respectively and Rs. 1 lakh each for the boundary wall of UPS Failti and fencing of graveyard under CDF.
Later, students presented a cultural programme on the ocassion.
CEO, Dr. Chander Shaker, XEn PHE, Vijay Gupta, Principal GHSS Ramban, Parshotam Dass, Dy. CEO Bal Ji Thaplo, staff members, former Sarpanchs, Panches and prominent citizens were also present on the occasion.
