RAJOURI, Sept 28: A young woman who had gone missing from Rajouri area was today traced in Kupwara area of Kashmir by police.
Official sources said that one Rehana Begum (name changed), wife of Zabeer Hussain from Narian area of Nowshera in district Rajouri was missing from Rajouri Sept 19, 2023. The family lodged a missing report at Police Station Rajouri.
The police after registering a case constituted a team under the supervision of SHO Rajouri Inspector Aejaz Ahmed Wani. Police team under the supervision of SHO Rajouri worked on different clues and conducted search at different locations.
During the search the said woman was recovered from village Kalimabad in Kupwara. The lady along with the child was handed over to the family members.
