KATHUA, Apr 11: A miscreant snatched gold chain of a lady on District Police Lines road.
As per police sources, a miscreant riding on a bullet motorcycle snatched gold chain of a lady, who was riding a scooty in District Police Lines road.
The lady raised hue and cry, however, the miscreant managed to escape from the spot.
Kathua Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
