According to Soom Nath Bhat son of Anand Ram Bhat of Bonagund presently migrant at Jammu his seven kanals and 12 marlas of prime land has been occupied by the Government over a decade back for construction of the Sports Stadium.
Since then the family approached to every quarter in the Government for release of the compensation for land but to no avail. Even the authorities at the helm of affairs did not bother to listen his woes.
The family since then is running from pillar to post for the release of compensation in its favour but no one in the Government takes it seriously said Soom Nath Bhat.
