Middle school being run by one teacher

UDHAMPUR, Apr 22: The students of Government Middle School Kndota of Zone Panchari and villagers of Kndota and adjoining area protest today demanding filling up vacant posts of teachers in the school.
The protesters raised slogans against the Education authorities for their failure to provide teaching staff in the staff in the school, which has students’ strength of 105.
The protest was led by Naib Sarpanch Panchyat Dandota Madan Lal, Numberdar Shankar Singh, Gulab Chand Chowkidar and Students of GMS Kndota.
The protestors alleged that due to the shortage of staff, the Middle School was being run by a single teacher with the result that students were facing problems. Further, there is arrangements for the Mid Day meal in the school for the last two years.
They appealed Governor Satya Pal Malik to personally lok into the matter and save future of the students by issuing necessary orders in this regard.
