JAMMU, Dec 16: Auqaf Department today framed management committee for Masjid Sharief, Jullaka Mohalla, Jammu.
The new 7-member committee was framed in a meeting of the Muslims residing in the area of Jullaka Mohalla after they aired their grievances to officials of Auqaf Department with regard to the affairs of Masjid Sharief, Jullaka Mohalla.
During the meeting, the participants passed a resolution with absolute majority whereby existing committee was dissolved and then new 7-member management committee was framed with Mohd Shazad Khan as its president, Imran Khan as vice-president, M Javed Khan as secretary-cum-cashier and Khalid Mehmood, Sheikh Javed, Farooq Sheikh and Riyaz Sheikh as its members.
