JAMMU, Jan 15: The dead body of a mentally unstable man was recovered today here from Town Hall area.
According to a police spokesperson, the dead body of an unidentified male age about 30 years was found this morning near JMC office in Town Hall area.
He said that body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu for identification and postmortem.
The spokesperson said that no injury mark was found on the body of the deceased, Quoting locals, he said that the man was mentally unstable and used to wander in the area for quite some time.
A case in this connection has been registered at concerned police station and proceedings initiated under 174 CrPC.
