Meeting of BOSE Affiliation Committee held

JAMMU, Nov 21: State Affiliation Committee of the State Board of School Education met today for granting periodical affiliation to the Government as well private educational institutions.
Total 218 cases of different institutions were placed before the committee and after threadbare discussion, the decision regarding affiliation was taken on case to case basis.
In the meeting, Secretary School Education Department, Nirmal Sharma, laid stress on strengthening the infrastructure and academic viability of various Government and private institution.
Dr Nutan Kumar Resutra, Chairman BOSE, assured full cooperation in accomplishing the job.
Secretary BOSE, Prof Veena Pandita was also present in the meeting.
