POONCH, Jan 16: A medical, dental and veterinary camp was organised by Indian Army to provide quality medical, dental and veterinary advice and medicines for the locals of far flang and border villages of Chhatral, Salwah, Banola, Chapartala, Nadol, Balakot Mankot and Chhunga of Tehsil- Mendhar District – Poonch.
The camp besides projecting the humane face of Indian Army also addressed the health issues of the population alongwith their treatment.
An estimated civs including ladies and children and cattle villages were benefitted from the camp.
A team of doctors from Army Medical Corps, Army Dental Corps, Remount and Veterinary Corps and civil administration attended the patients.
The camp was inaugurated by Commanding officer and a host of civil dignitaries of Mendhar tehsil attended the camp.
