MD JKPCC reviews progress of Health Department projects

JAMMU, May 19: Managing Director, Jammu and Kashmir Project Construction Corporation, R.K. Shavan today conducted inspection of different works of Health Department. During inspection, he interacted with the Project Engineers of Civil, Electrical and Mechanical wings. The bottlenecks were identified & instructions passed for redressal on-spot. The Managing Director inspected Government Dental Hospital at Jammu where the work is being executed by JKPCC ltd. at an estimated cost of Rs.4446.20 lakh under the PMDP scheme. The Structure of the work is almost complete. Finishing work is in progress and is likely to be completed within the targeted date.
The site of Girls Hostel Medical College Jammu was also visited. The work is being executed at an estimated cost of Rs 202.40 lakh under CAPEX Scheme. The main structure of the wok is 80% complete and finishing work is in progress.
The MD was accompanied by Er. Pardeep Sharma, Executive Director JKPCC; Er Susheel Kumar, General Manager JKPCC Jammu; Er. Pankaj Sawhney, Deputy General Manager JKPCC Jammu, besides the Engineering Staff of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical units.
