JAMMU, Aug 6: North India’s leading healthcare provider Max Super Specialty Hospital, Patparganj, New Delhi today announced launch of its exclusive OPD services for minimal access, bariatric and robotic surgery at Kumar Nursing Home, Aligarh.
This OPD will greatly help patients suffering from hernia, recurrent hernia and obesity.

Along with him was a patient, Ram Kumari, a resident of Aligarh, who was operated by Dr Bindal in December 2021 for Robotic Abdominal Wall Reconstruction for a recurrent complex large incisional hernia.
This 52 year old patient underwent Robotic Abdominal wall reconstruction in December 2021 at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Patparganj under Dr Vivek Bindal. She was discharged on second day of surgery and is perfectly fine eight months after the surgery.
Senior clinicians from Max Hospital also briefed on the rising incidences of hernia, and how obesity plays a pivotal role in the onset and development of hernia. They also shared about advanced minimal access/invasive surgeries available in the treatment of hernia and how it helps in faster recovery of the patients.
