Max Life sets up Special Claims helpdesk for flood victims

JAMMU, Sept 9: Max Life Insurance today set up a Special Claims helpdesk to help Jammu & Kashmir flood victims in their life insurance claims.
In order to expedite and simplify the evaluation process for the claimants, Max Life Insurance has restricted the documentation to evidence from Government officials of the State Government or hospital authorities or Municipal record showing death due to floods in Jammu & Kashmir region.
One has to produce a photo ID proof of nominee/beneficiary for processing the claim.
Claimant can contact the company personnels, Jawed Mir at Srinagar based office on 9419 005 271 and Sanjay Saigal at Jammu office on 9419 177 644, said a handout, issued by Max Life.
