KATRA, July 5: A male pilgrim from Bihar died because of cardiac arrest here this morning while on way to Mata Vaishno Devi shrine in Trikuta Hills.
The deceased was identified as Banarsi Rao (65), son of Sehdev Rao of Bihar. He fell unconscious on new Adhkuwari track while on way to Bhawan from Katra. He was immediately shifted to dispensary where doctors declared him as brought dead.
Later, the dead body was shifted to CHC Katra for legal formalities.
