Srinagar, Apr 7: Reiterating her pledge to take development to every region and area, PDP President and Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti today said her Government has rolled out a massive developmental programme for all areas and asked people to support the Government in taking benefits of these programmes to their doorstep.
Addressing workers meetings of Rajpora and Tral constituencies here, Mehbooba Mufti said in every sector of governance, her Government has decided to extend, upgrade and improve the basic services and facilities to people and sought their support in the successful implementation of the same. “Be it hospitals or schools, colleges or sports fields, my Government  has decided to upgrade the facilities wherever these are and set up the same where these have not yet been extended”, she said.
Referring to the tourism potential in the Rajpora-Tral belt, Mehbooba Mufti said the area is known for some virgin and old locations like Shikargaah and Sangarwani, adding her Government would take steps to upgrade infrastructure at these places which would attract a large number of tourists.
