JAMMU, Nov 24: A meeting of Shri Martand Tirath Trust was held here, today under the chairmanship of its general secretary Saligram Bawnoo.
The meeting discussed various issues being faced by the displaced Pandits in general and package employees in particular. It expressed the hope that with the appointment of A K Sidha president of the Trust as president Minority Cell PDP by Party president Mehbooba Mufti and its general secretary Sartaj Madni he will take up the issues of displaced people in general and package employees in particular before the Government and ensure the release of the salaries of these employees without further delay.
The others who attended the meeting included Avtar Krishan Tickoo vice president of the Trust, Tej Krishan Tickoo, Bansi Lal Muki, B B Sher, Kundan Lal Tickoo, Rom Jee Bawnoo, Hari Krishan Sidha, Sanjeev Kha, B B Sadhu, M M Koul, Sushil Jee Kha, Hira Lal and Sunder Shyam Sidha.
