JAMMU, Feb 28: A 30-year old man today succumbed to his burn injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital.
According to a police spokesperson, the man identified as Jalla (30) son of Vishwa Nath, a resident of village Malpur (Kanachak) was undergoing treatment here at GMCH, where he was shifted on February 23 after he suffered burn injuries at his residence due to unknown reasons.
However, the victim succumbed to his injuries today at about 1am. After completing all medico-legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites. The concerned police has taken cognizance of the matter.
