JAMMU, Aug 17: A 32-year old man was tonight attacked by some miscreants with a sharp edged weapon in Balote area of RS Pura.
According to a police spokesperson, the man identified as Kewal Krishan (32) son of Vijay Kumar, a resident of Balote (RS Pura) was attacked with sharp edged weapon by some unknown miscreants near his residence.
In the attack, the victim received injuries on his head and his arms and was shifted to a nearby Government hospital from where later he was referred to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, where his condition is stated to be serious.
The concerned police has taken cognizance of the matter.
