SRINAGAR, Aug 31: An elderly person was injured in a bear attack in north Kashmir’s Rafiabad area of Baramulla district.
A police spokesman said 70 year-old Khazir Ahmad Lone was attacked and injured by bear in the orchards at Nagam Seer Budden in Rafiabad. “The injured was shifted to District Hospital Baramulla for treatment wherefrom he was shifted to Srinagar for further treatment,” the spokesman added.
