JAMMU, Aug 2: A man was found hanging today in his own shop in RS Pura area on city outskirts.
“Dhavinder Kumar (35) son of Girdhari Lal, resident of Ward Number 5 (RS Pura) was found hanging this afternoon in his shop near Radha Krishan Temple,” a police official said.
He said, the family members when noticed him hanging, shifted him in unconscious condition at CHC RS Pura, where he was declared as brought dead by the doctors.
“The body was sent for postmortem while inquest proceeding under 174 CrPC was initiated in this connection by RS Pura police,” the official added.
