JAMMU, Oct 10: A man today got injured due to electrocution in Pounichak area of city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, the man identified as Bhan Chand (53) son of Munshi Ram, resident of Patoli Brahmna, fell unconscious after he came in contact with a high tension wire at Sarwasti Vihar lane in Pounichak area.
He was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, where his condition was stated to be stable till the last reports came in. The concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
