UDHAMPUR, May 29:
A man drowned while taking bath in Kunj Nallah at Ramnagar, here this afternoon.
Identity of the deceased was established as Sham Lal (47), son of Amar Nath of village Knha, Badol in Ramnagar. He had gone for taking bath in the Nallah around 3 pm and drowned.
After hectic efforts by the local villagers, body of the deceased was fished out after some time and shifted to Sub District Hospital Ramnagar. After completion of all the legal formalities and postmortem, Police handed over the body to family members and started inquest proceedings in the case.
