POONCH, Nov 12: One person was killed while another injured in a road accident near Dera Nangali Sahib in Poonch last night.
Official sources said that a Tata Mobile vehicle bearing Registration Number JK12-5237 was on its way from Noona Bandi to Nangali. When the vehicle reached near Nangali Sahib Gurdwara, it rolled down into a gorge at about 9:30 PM on Friday. Two persons injured in the accident were shifted to District Hospital Poonch.
Doctors said that one among them, was brought dead, while another one, injured in the mishap was referred to GMC Jammu after initial treatment here.
Deceased was identified as Khadim Hussain (55), son of Noor Mohd and injured person as Tanveer Ahmed, son of Meer Mohd. Meanwhile, Police has taken cognizance of the matter.
