RAJOURI, Oct 3: A middle- aged man was killed in a road accident near Salani bridge at Rajouri town this evening.
The deceased has been identified as Arvind Sharma (45), son of Ram Nath, resident of Jharkhand, at present Jawahar Nagar, Rajouri. He was working as carpenter here for the last about 20 years.
The mishap took place when he was moving on a motor-cycle. The bike hit by truck causing serious head injuries to Arvind. He was rushed to District Hospital Rajouri by police where doctors declared him as brought dead. The body was sent for autopsy. The police registered a case and started investigation.
