JAMMU, July 13: A man died due to electric shock in Arnia today, police sources said.
The deceased has been identified as Tilak Raj, son of Tej Ram, a resident of Ward Number 2 Arnia District Jammu. He received shock after coming in contact with a broken electric wire.
After conducting autopsy, the body of the deceased has been handed over to family members for last rites.
A case under FIR Number 64/2022 under section 304-A IPC has been registered against the Power Development Department and investigation started.
