JAMMU, Sept 15: A man died due to electric shock in a saw mill near Toph Sherkhania here, police source said.
The deceased was identified as Birsa Oroan, son of Somar Oroan, a resident of West Bengal. He was working as a labourer at a saw mill near Toph Sherkhania.
The body of the deceased has been shifted to mortuary of Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu for post-mortem.
Bakshi Nagar Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
