KATHUA, Feb 23: One person died after a fall from hill lock in village Sarthli in Bani tehsil of Kathua district late last night.
He has been identified as Shanker, 45, son of Kamalnain of village Sarthli. He slipped on snow and fell down from hill lock. His post mortem was conducted at Bani Hospital and the dead body was handed over to family for last rites after legal formalities.
Bani Police has registered a case under Section 174 of RPC.
