UDHAMPUR, Jan 30: A young man committed suicide by hanging himself in his house at village Sira, Sudhmahadev in Tehsil Latti, here today.
According to the police report, Amar Nath (40), son of Birju, resident of village Sira, was found hanging in his house under mysterious circumstances.
The family members, who saw him hanging, immediately called the Police following a Police party from Sudhmahadev rushed to the spot and shifted the dead body to Chenani hospital for the postmortem.
Cause of provocation behind the extreme step could not be ascertained while Police registered the case and started further investigations.
