Dumper driver held with forged documents related to mining

JAMMU, Jan 30: A dumper driver was arrested today by Phallain Mandal police with forged documents related to mining.
According to a police spokesman, a police team of police post Phallain Mandal led by Incharge of the Post PSI Ajesh Singh Jamwal while naka checking, stopped a dumper to check relevant papers.
“The driver of the vehicle produced forged mining Form A. The police team got suspicious of the document and on further enquiry found that the document was filled with special ink pen which becomes invisible on being heated and hence, the same form could be refilled and reused again,” he added.
He said in this regard a case under relevant section of Law was registered in police station Satwari and driver of the vehicle arrested. “On the disclosure of the accused driver, Bala Kumar son of Lal chand of Raipur Satwari (owner of Oriental stone crusher located at Ganeshu Chak) was also arrested as he had given the dumper driver those forged papers.
Further investigation of the case was going on. DMO Jammu was also intimated about the same.
