JAMMU, June 28: Pouni Chak Police arrested a man along with large quantity of illicit liquor bottles.
As per police sources, during patrolling a team from Police Post Pouni Chak led by SI Dilawar Kumar intercepted a person, who was moving under suspicious circumstances.
During checking, police team recovered 51 bottles of illicit liquor from the possession of the person and arrested him.
The arrested person was identified as Surinder Singh, son of Balwant Singh, a resident of Shahpur Ghou Manhsan District Jammu.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Police Station Domana and investigation started.
The arrest and recoveries were made under the supervision of SHO Domana Inspector Mahesh Sharma and SDPO Domana Kosheen Koul.
