JAMMU, May 13: Kanachack Police arrested a man along with illicit liquor.
As per police sources, on reliable information, a team from Police Station Kanachack conducted raid and apprehended a person along with 5 litres of illicit liquor.
The arrested person was identified as Sanjay Kumar, son of Girdhari Lal, a resident of Kalase Chak, District Jammu.
A case under FIR Number 67/2021 under Section 50 Excise Act has been registered at Police Station Kanachack and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Kanachack Inspector Vishav Partap Singh made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Domana Kosheen Koul and SP Rural Sanjay Sharma.
