JAMMU, June 29: A man allegedly commits suicide by consuming some poisonous substance at his residence in Channi Himmat, police sources said.
The deceased was identified as Bindra Ban Gupta (60), son of Badri Nath of Malhotra Street Super Bazaar, at present Channi Himmat.
After completing medical and legal formalities, the body of the deceased will be handed over to family members for last rites.
Channi Himmat Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
