JAMMU, Jan 29: Chairman Legislative Council, Amrit Malhotra, today nominated the members of the Legislative Assembly also to serve on Joint Select Committees on the Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Laws (second Amendment) Bill, 2010 and the Jammu Kashmir Property Tax Board Bill, 2011
The Legislators, Nasir Aslam Wani, Mohammad Sharief Niaz and Ashok Kumar will serve to J&K Municipal Laws (second Amendment Bill, 2010) besides, MLA Javaid Ahmad Dar will serve on Joint Select Committee on the Jammu and Kashmir Property Tax Board Bill, 2011.
