JAMMU, Mar 23: The dead body of a man was recovered today in suspicious circumstances from Chinore area of city outskirts.
“The deceased has been identified as Girdhari Lal (30) son of Ramesh Chander, resident of Bhalwal Brahmana, Akhnoor (and at present Paloura),” a police official said. He said the body of the man with some injuries was spotted this evening by some locals near Krishna Palace at Durga Nagar.
He said the body of the deceased was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for postmortem while Domana police had taken cognizance of the matter.
