This is to draw the attention of the State Governor towards the Recruitment Policies made by the previous Governments-NC or Cong and BJP-PDP coalitions. The policy framed during Omar Abdullah tenure had made it five years probationary period mandatory for the regularisation. This policy drew lot of criticism from every quarter of the State. With the result, this policy had to be withdrawn after the total defeat of NC-Cong in the Lok Sabha elections. Then came the PDP-BJP coalition Government. This Government framed a policy wherein it was stipulated that seven years probation period will be mandatory for candidate who will be selected before they are regularized. This too drew too much flak from the citizens of the State. As a result, the policy saw no day of light. No efforts were made to rectify the lacunae that were brought forth by the people.
Now, there is no recruitment policy where under recruitments will be made. The member of unemployed and qualified youth is rising daily due to absence of any recruitment policy.
It is requested that amendments be made in this policy which will turn out to be employee friendly and in the interest of the State by making appointments against the available vacant posts with full pay scale salary.
