JAMMU, Oct 24: High Court has directed the State to make functional Tehsil Office Bhella by providing the necessary infrastructure and putting in place the administrative apparatus required for the unit within three months.
The direction was passed in a petition filed by the inhabitants of village Bhella, who are aggrieved over non-functioning of the Tehsil Bhella for the last one year.
After hearing Senior Advocate DC Raina with Advocate Manik Mahey for the petitioners, Justice Bansi Lal Bhat disposed of the petition with the direction to respondents to set-up and make Tehsil Office Bhella functional by providing necessary infrastructure and putting in place the administrative apparatus required for the new administrative unit.
High Court further directed that this exercise shall be conducted and completed within three months and respondents shall file compliance report before Registrar Judicial of the High Court.
